Easy Go Supermarket takes over Nakumatt Lunga Lunga Square branch
Easy Go Supermarkets exited opened its first branch in Nairobi Industrial area along Lunga Lunga. The Shs15 million investment project which stand along the busy Industrial area, took over after the Nakumatt supermarket was unable to run its business due to financial crisis a year ago.
The supermarket is majoring to boost the local market with the local traders getting the chance to sell their product direct to the supermarket.
Easy Go Supermarket is privately-owned by Mr. Mukesh Jani who has a diverse intellectual about the business and has plans to open other branches across the country.
The supermarket is strategically located along Lunga Lunga road, serving customers Donholm, Hazina Estate, Plainsview, Golden Gate, Banque Villa, Jogoo Road, Diamond Park estates and its environs.
Speaking at the opening of the 11,000 square feet store located at the new Lunga Lunga Square, Easy Go Supermarket order Mukesh Jani said the opening of the convenience store at a cost of Sh 15 million is geared at deepening the retailer’s footprint in Nairobi and creating both direct and indirect jobs.
Speaking during the official opening 51year old investor said his plans to open the supermarket on busy area, is to serve the local and the lower income families.
This is because the goods and services are directly source from all kinds of suppliers locally.
The retailer prides itself with delivering an exceptional customer experience every time while providing shoppers with all kinds of goods at a pocket friendly cost.
Currently the well-known Uchumi and Nakumatt have been closing their operations across the country while some retailers including Carrefour, Naivas & Tuskys have moved in to occupy these spaces.
