Born and raised in Eldoret town, Catherine Joy Agolla is a Kenyan singer/songwriter who made her career debut in 2017 with the song titled “Milele”. Though still a newcomer, she has already earned admiration and support from the likes of rapper Wangechi and media personality Mzazi Willy M. Tuva, with the former picking her as a favourite in the #50GuitarsKe video challenge, a collaborative program by the latter and Cort Guitars.

Receiving a brand new guitar in the process, Agolla continued her childhood passion: writing and performing songs in whichever platform she was invited to.
