Undoubtedly a suave entrepreneur, the founder of Bliss Healthcare Jayesh Saini introduced radical changes in Kenya`s health industry aimed at providing quality and affordable healthcare services.
Jayesh in a bid to improve healthcare infrastructure in the country maneuvered to pump heavy investment into diagnostic services, which led to an unrivalled infrastructure footprint of 51 Dental Centers, 48 optical centers, radiology equipment of 5 CT scans, 51Ultrasounds, and 41 X-Rays that offers quality services at a very affordable rate.
The tycoon was motivated by the fact that majority of healthcare providers were mainly concentrated in Nairobi and a few urban towns including Mombasa, Nakuru and Kisumu.
At the same time, it became almost impossible for the less privileged Kenyans to reach or access services, in the selected towns that hosted facilities that either offered poor quality service or good quality services but not affordable to the majority of Kenyans.
By the time Bliss healthcare was making its debut into the country, there were a myriad of challenges even with the government facilities spread out in many parts of the country, notably the issue of inconsistencies in medical supplies (including drugs) and equipment for diagnostics, thus hindering the provision of services.
From the time of its entry into the Kenyan health space, Bliss Healthcare has enjoyed uninterrupted public approval, leading to its steady rapid growth as it now boats of about 40 branches of the country`s 47 Counties.
