England’s captain Harry Kane’s extra time goal has sent his team to the Euro 2020 finals. The second semi final match against Denmark has seen England qualify for their first ever Euro finals.

England will play Italy in the finals on Sunday 11th July 2021 at the Wembley Stadium in a match pundits say will be a do or die for the English team considering England has never beaten Italy in a major football tournament.

The question is, is it coming home or is it going to Rome?

The Tottenham forward had to wait for a spot kick opportunity created by Manchester City’s Sterling. The team captain was however unlucky when the Danish goal keeper Schmeichel made the save punching the ball back into play before Kane’s rebound touch sent the ball into the back of the net amid cheers from the English fans in the stadium.

The Danish side had put up a spirited fight throughout the game, but England, England denied the Danish side a chance at the final.
